How to Keep Your Good Performance? Beware Your Arrogance

As a matter of fact there are few ‘lucky’ people who could get their good career path due to their comparative skill, above average intelligence, amazing work endurance and motivation, and so forth. No wonder. Somehow such smart people tend to still posses one, two, or even more weaknesses that could disrupt their career forward. Of the most occurring mistakes is arrogance. So what is arrogance manner like? How could you cure such risky personal weakness for the sake of your future career?

Arrogance is loathed by people in majority and not well accepted to apply within social interaction. Nobody feels convenient to get one’s self-importance, contempt, and lack of respect no matter who they are; your colleagues, partners, acquaintances, staffs, superiors, relatives, and even family. Although an arrogant might be very genius of his or her brain to solve in a few minutes hundreds of complicated Math questions or as fast Valentino Rossi in riding a motorcycle at Moto Grand Prix. However showing contemptuous attitude will raise inconvenience and even hatred. To keep standing on such manner can possibly cause some corrupting image from others that you never knew which of them would be your next partner or boss.

In addition, a habit to be arrogant usually works wherever and whenever it gets a chance to show a great work and achievement. Let’s say if showing arrogance in front of office-mates who’ve known your character will be just a little annoyance. How about among ‘strangers’ a party you attend? You might have a little knowledge about whom you are with. It will create more ‘hazardous’ effects toward your career and existence. Why? Because first, he or she might have a distinct particularity as great as you own, second, you never know that it might a moment where someone else is going to see you closely for a better job offer. Beware your arrogance.

In order to reduce such no-good habit, you had better speak with evidences to people rather than words. Evidences here mean any great works that you have and might have done at office, on media, etc. The principle is that fact speaks much more loudly than words. You don’t need to waste your eloquent words neither at forum nor in front of your friends. Let the great works of yours talk.
