The factors might be various depend on the contents and context of the emerging problem itself, while the possible effects might influence seriously the continuing flow of company. The impacts might get the existing work efficiency and atmosphere, marketing out put, employees’ demotivation, or may be emerging protest as well. The main important thing to do in this regard is to solve the problem correctly in order to avoid further negative effects to come.

Problem solving consequently becomes such daily meal to eat after breakfast and lunch sometimes. It looks like no move from his rolling chair behind the desk. First, a simple solution is simpler to understand what and how to apply in practice, and second, simple reason is more feasible and much efficient compared with some complex alternates. Preferably, you can still come with further options to solve if necessary. The key principle is to start simple and then go further as people please.
